GARNETT — The annual Women’s Fair will be Saturday from 10 to 2 at Anderson County High School in Garnett. There will be special talks and demonstrations, as well as prizes at each booth and a grand prize of $100. Among the speakers, Anderson County Extension’s Nancy Schuster will talk about the connection between food and mood. Garnett Tourism’s Susan Wettstein will talk about local staycations and tour ideas in Anderson County. Saint Luke’s physical therapists Hannah Thompson and Joey Fager will give a presentation on health and wellness. The Welda First United Methodist women will sell sack lunches. The Women’s Fair is sponsored by the Garnett Business and Professional Women and the Anderson County Farm Bureau Women.
