EMPORIA — The Red Rocks State Historic Site in Emporia will open April 4.
Red Rocks is the home of the William Allen White family. White was the Pullitzer Prize-winning publisher of the Emporia Gazette. Visitor hours will 11 to 5 Thursday through Saturday, until Oct. 26. Admission is $5 for adults, $3 for students. Kansas Historical Foundation members and children 5 and younger are admitted free.
