GARNETT–A former Garnett business owner could accept a plea deal concerning charges that he sold illegal steroids from his martial arts studio. Anderson County Attorney Brandon Jones tells the Anderson County Review that Lee Brock Moody’s attorney has been negotiating a plea deal. Moody is due in court next week. He is facing 40 different charges of making and distributing steroids and child endangerment. He is accused of giving his son steroids without telling him. Brock Moody’s brother Philip Moody also faces charges of making and distributing steroids but is testifying against his brother.
