OTTAWA — A 4-year-old Ottawa boy received minor injuries when he was shot in the cheek by another 4-year-old boy with a BB gun yesterday afternoon in the 500 block of East Fifth Street. Ottawa Police say the BB gun was normally locked up but another older child got out the gun. Police say the incident was classified as an accident and there will be no investigation.
