OTTAWA — A 73-year-old Ottawa man living in Wheatland Estates reported to the Franklin County Sheriff’s office that someone hacked his e-mail account and sent requests to multiple investment agencies requesting money transfers from his accounts. The man said the con wasn’t successful and he didn’t lose any money.
