GARNETT — Representatives from the Kansas Small Business Development Center at Pittsburg State University will be in Garnett on April 30 for free individual counseling sessions from 9 to 3 at the Anderson County Extension office in downtown Garnett. The sessions are open to local residents interested in starting in a new business, or those business owners interested in discussing in expanding or finding new financing or who have other needs. Subsequent counseling will be scheduled on an as-needed basis by Pittsburg State counselors. Appointments are required. Those people who can’t attend the sessions are invited to call to schedule an appointment at a more convenient time.
