RANTOUL — The New Horizon Ranch, 1526 Vermont Road, will host a free new family-friendly event called Spring Round Up 10 a.m.-2 p.m. Saturday. Activities include a carnival, pony rides for a $10 donation, therapeutic riding demonstrations, lunch for $3, prizes and giveaways. Joy Miller said the day is an opportunity to round up new clients, volunteers and community support and offer a first-hand how the ranch impacts the lives of individuals with disabilities and youths at-risk.
