OTTAWA — Franklin County commissioners got a look at this year’s delinquent tax sale Monday morning. To proceed, they’ll have to approve a resolution authorizing the tax sale. They’re likely to do that Wednesday. County administrator Lisa Johnson said that 31 properties are on the tax sale list this year. That number is expected to drop as property owners pay up. No date has been set for the tax sale.
