OTTAWA — This week is National Volunteer Week The Ottawa Volunteer Center will stage events for the week. The center’s Janice Craft will present “Strengthening Communication Skills” thursday afternoon from 1 to 4, at a location yet to be announced. The volunteer center will also have a luncheon to honor community volunteers Friday at Washburn Towers.
