WELDA — A traffic accident at mid-morning has closed U.S. 169 to through traffic from the K-58/U.S.169 junction to Welda in southern Anderson County. The Kansas Department of Transportation said U.S. 169 will likely remain closed until late tonight. A motorist said the crash involved two semi-trucks. Motorists should use alternate routes.
