OLATHE — Members of a Wellsville family were taken to Olathe Medical Center Wednesday morning as a result of a crash with a semi-truck on I-35 in Olathe. Arjay Willoughby, 24, was driving south on I-35 at 167th Street in Olathe when he struck the rear of a semi-truck driven by Rodger Holsman, 61, Fulton, Mo., the Kansas Highway Patrol said. All five people in Willoughby’s car reported injuries and three children were taken to Olathe Medical Center. Arjay Willoughby and Sarah Willoughby, 19, reported possible injuries but the highway patrol didn’t say if they were hospitalized. However, the highway patrol said Devin Willoughby, 2, and two-month-old twins Carson and Khole Willoughby were taken to the hospital. They were all wearing seat belts or in child restraints, the highway patrol said. Holsman and a passenger in his truck weren’t injured.
