BOSTON – Dzhokhar Tsarnaev, the surviving suspect in the Boston Marathon bombings is having his residency changed. ABC’s Aaron Katersky reports Tsarnaev is being moved from Beth Israel Deaconess Medical Center and moved to a federal prison in Massachusetts. There is an infirmary at the prison where Tsarnaev can continue his recovery.
