OTTAWA — The Franklin County Sheriff’s Department says 30-year-old Jarrod Harris surrendered at the Franklin County Jail Wednesday and was booked on a warrant for aggravated burglary. The Sheriff’s Office says he’s being held in connection with at least one burglary. Harris in jail in lieu of $10,000 bond.
