GARNETT — A former Garnett martial arts studio owner may get 30 days in jail and three years probation after admitting he gave his teenage son steroids without his knowledge and made and sold the performance-enhancing drugs from his now-closed business. The Anderson County Review reports that Lee Brock Moody, 41, pleaded guilty to three felony charges of aggravated endangerment of a child, manufacture of steroids and unlawful distribution of steroids as part of a plea deal in Anderson County District Court. Moody had faced nearly 40 drug charges related to the
manufacture and distribution of steroids. Sentencing has been set for June 10. His brother Phillip Moody was also charged and has been cooperating with investigators, the paper reported. He faces a court hearing in June.
