OTTAWA — The Ottawa city commissioners decided Monday they’ll vote on a proposed ordinance that has new rules regarding banners and wind feathers at Wednesday night’s meeting. Wind feathers are those popular vertical signs that wave in the breeze. The planning commission has recommended that a business be allowed only one wind feather for up to 60 days and that only two such signs can be placed in one shopping strip location. The city meeting is Wednesday night at 7 at city hall.
