FAIRWAY — The Shawnee Indian Mission State Historic Site will present a lavender sachet workshop 10 a.m. Saturday. Visitors can make a lavender sachet while they learn how 19th century Kansas pioneers used flowers and herbs for decorative and medicinal purposes. Admission is $5. Shawnee Indian Mission is located at 3403 W. 53rd Street, Fairway.
