OTTAWA–Usually the Ottawa City Commission starts right on time….but not so this time. The Commission waited around for about 15 minutes until Commissioner Jorgensen showed up. Jorgensen says he can’t offer any excuse except he simply forgot about it. Once under way, the Commission approved several proclamations and condemned several unsafe structures.
