OTTAWA – At the Ottawa High School assembly, two lucky students walked out with new hardware. Sarah ward and Jackson Schlotterbach each won an ipad mini as a result of a random drawing, which took place at the conclusion of chief of police Dennis Butler’s speech about the OHS seat belt surveys. Students who signed up for the prizes had to sign a pledge card, vowing to wear their seat belts at all times in order to be eligible.
