OTTAWA — Kyle Flack, 27, originally held as a person of interest, was booked into the Franklin County Jail this morning for first degree murder in connection with a triple murder near Richter. County Attorney Stephen Hunting said Flack, who was first taken into custody in Emporia was brought to Ottawa in connection with the murders of Kaylie Bailey, 21, Olathe; Andrew Stout, 30, and Steven White, 31, who both who lived at 3197 Georgia, where the murders occurred. “We have a certain amount of time to review the material and review the case” before filing charges, Hunting said in a news conference this morning. Sheriff Jeff Richards said he presumes missing 18-month-old Lana Leigh Bailey, the daughter of Kaylie Bailey, is dead. He declined to say what the information was that lead to that presumption. However, he said investigators will continue to look for her.
