OTTAWA — The 5th annual Peace Officer Memorial Service scheduled for this evening has been postponed. The service was postponed because of the triple murder that occurred in rural Ottawa, Ottawa Police Chief Dennis Butler said. Officers are working almost around the clock investigating the murders and searching for the missing 18-month-old girl who is the daughter of Kayley Bailey, who is one of the murder victims, he said. A new date for the service hasn’t been set.
