OTTAWA–27 year old Kyle Flack has been charged with two counts of Capital Murder, four counts of First Degree Murder, one count of Rape and one count of Criminal Possession of a Firearm. He is charged with the killings of Kaylie Bailey and her daughter, Lana, Andrew Stout and Steven White on a farm east of Pomona. The body of little Lana Bailey has not been found. Bond for Flack was set at $10,000,000.
