OTTAWA–82 year old Winton Allen Winter was eulogised before a packed audience at Fredrikson Chapel at Ottawa University. He was remembered for his many contributions, including owning Peoples National Bank of Ottawa, which later expanded to several states. Winter is survived by his wife of 60 years, several grandchildren and two great-grandchildren.
