OTTAWA–The Ottawa School Board voted 7-0 to hire Dr. Jeanne Stroh, currently assistant superintendent of the Hutchinson school district. Board President Susan Ward said Stroh was chosen for her skill in organizing school curricula. Brian Kraus, who served as interim superintendent after the resignation of Dean Katt and who also was a finalist for the Ottawa position, will continue as assistant superintendent.
