OTTAWA — Ottawa police said they arrested a 33-year-old Ottawa man Friday afternoon in connection with a home burglary. Police said they arrested David Ralston was arrested in connection with a burglary in the 800 block of East 7th Street. Ralston was booked into the Franklin County jail on three counts of burglary, three counts of theft, and one count of criminal damage to property. A door was damaged during the break-in and several items were stolen, police said. Ottawa police also received reports of vehicle burglaries during the weekend. Someone entered two vehicles parked in the 700 block of South Liberty Street and took items Saturday. A vehicle parked in the 1200 block of West 2nd Street was burglarized and items stolen Sunday.
