OTTAWA — A 40-year-old Ottawa woman reported to Ottawa police Tuesday night the exploitation of a 17-year-old girl in the 700 block of West Second. Benjamin Thompson, 37, Ottawa; was booked into the Franklin County jail of suspicion of sexual exploitation of a child, contributing to the delinquency of a child, and intimidation of a witness. Ottawa police said the woman and girl know Thompson.
