OTTAWA — The Ottawa City Commissioners named four people to the Ottawa Library Board and one to the Tree Board Wednesday night. They re-appointed Bill Schleiter and Tom Shrimplin to their second three-year terms. They also named Kimber Corn to fill the remaining two years of an unexpired term and David Tyler to fill the remaining one year of an unexpired term. They also appointed dentist Steven Thompson to a three-year term on the Ottawa Tree Board.
