OTTAWA — Ottawa police continue to investigate the circumstances surrounding a 29-year-old woman found dead in an apartment complex in the 900 block of South Cedar Street Sunday morning. Police said no positive identification of the woman is available at this time but have made a preliminary identification. A Kansas City medical examiner is helping with the case.
