OTTAWA — Perhaps they should have given peace a chance. The Franklin County Sheriff’s Department reports Brian Richardson, and Jerry Spurlock, Jr., both 46 and both of Ottawa; got into in a fight in the Franklin County jail Monday night. Spurlock was booked for battery, the sheriff’s department said. His bond was set at $2,500. He remains in jail.
