OTTAWA–The Immigration and Customs Enforcement Agency (ICE) conducted a raid at El Mezcal restaurant in downtown Ottawa around mid-day Friday. Shawn Neudaurer, a spokesman from the Minneapolis office of ICE, will only confirm there was a raid and it’s part of an on-going investigation. After the raid, the restaurant was closed and locked.
