OTTAWA–Fire trucks! Rolling Smoke! Casualties! Oh, the humanity! Anyone going by Ransom Memorial Hospital might have seen all of the above yesterday afternoon. Hospital CEO Larry Felix says the disaster was planned and it was all part of a disaster training exercise. He says hospital personnel must train for disasters each year.
