OTTAWA — An Ottawa man who has been charged in connection with the accidental shooting of a 4-year old boy in early December will be back in Franklin County District Court next week. A status hearing for Brian Keith Bruno will be July 3. He has been charged with aggravated battery, aggravated child endangerment and child endangerment in connection with the shooting, in which the boy was struck in the leg while he was sitting on the floor of a home in north Ottawa. The hearing will be a fairly routine hearing to review the status of the court case.
