OTTAWA — A 31-year-old Ottawa man reported Tuesday afternoon to the Franklin County Sheriff’s Office that someone stole 200 gallons of red diesel from his residence in the 2500 block of Nebraska Road southeast of Ottawa. The loss was estimated at $660.
