OTTAWA — The time of Wednesday’s Ottawa City Commission has been moved to Wednesday morning at 9:30 at city hall. Normally, the commission meets at 7 p.m. on the first Tuesday of the month. However, because of the Independence Day holiday, commissioners opted to move up the meeting.
