OVERBROOK — An Ottawa man was injured in a one-vehicle accident along U.S. 56 east of Overbrook Wednesday morning. A vehicle driven by Shane Manis left the road, hit a culvert and rolled over. He was taken to Stormont-Vail Medical Center in Topeka. His family says he’s in stable condition. They say he’s awaiting major surgery for broken bones in his leg and knee and repair to his ankle.
