OTTAWA — County administrator Lisa Johnson said she expects to file the court documents today that will allow the county to proceed with for year’s deliquent property tax sale. After the county published the delinquent tax list, four property owners paid up their taxes, lowering the number of properties that could be sold to 28, she said. Once the district court filings are complete, the county will publish the addresses of the properties on the county’s Web site, she said.
