OTTAWA — The Ottawa Community Splash is tonight from 6:45 to 8:15 at the Forest Park. The Ottawa Swim Club is hosting the free event. The Splash will include aquatic games and races, the swim club’s Hannah Thomas said. She said there will be lots prizes. “Our goal is to get people in the community involved in activities at the pool and a really fun water event,” she said.
