OTTAWA — Radio personality and former Arkansas governor and presidential candidate Mike Huckabee will speak in Ottawa Nov. 2. The Franklin County Republican Central Committee will host the appearance by Huckabee at Ottawa Municipal Auditorium. Tickets will start at $50 each and will go on sale on-line through the auditorium’s website at www.ottawamunicipalauditorium.com on Sept. 1.
