OTTAWA — Tonight is the third annual neighborhood night out, in which law, emergency and elected officials visit 15 neighborhoods in Ottawa. Delegations of police, sheriff’s, fire and elected officials will visit each of the block parties, Ottawa Police Chief Dennis Butler said. The events give neighbors a chance to get acquainted and to meet officials informally, he said.
