LOUISBURG — Two men remain at large near Louisburg after a manhunt Tuesday afternoon. The two are believed to be suspects in a home invasion shortly before noon Tuesday near Hillsdale. In the robbery, three men tied up a woman in her home and ransacked it, stealing money and other items. Although she was shaken up, the Miami County Sheriff’s office said the woman was otherwise unharmed. The sheriff’s office said a Louisburg police officer pulled over a vehicle for a traffic violation at the north edge of Louisburg. Three men jumped out and sprinted for the woods. One man was caught and arrested. State troopers and Miami County and local officers have been combing woods in the area of U.S. 69 and 271st Street. The search was suspended last night but the areas were monitored by officers. They were expected to resume the search this morning.
