FRANKLIN COUNTY — The Franklin County Health Department was awarded a $1000 grant by the Kansas Early Childhood Advisory Council and Kansas Project Launch to promote Text4Baby. Text4Baby is a free mobile information service that provides prospective mothers about maternal and child health. Women who sign up for the service by texting ‘baby’ (or bebe in spanish) to 511411 will receive free text messages each week, timed to their due date or baby’s date of birth.
