GARNETT — Racing karts will roar about the Lake Garnett Road course this weekend. It’s the second of two Enduro Kart races this year at Lake Garnett. It’s also the 56th year that kart races have been held at Lake Garnett. The Lake Garnett Road will be closed to the public both days from 8 to 5. However, the public is welcome to watch the races free, at the south end of the Lake Road, which is known as the Flatiron Corner. If spectators wish to enter the pit area, a pass fee is required. To mark 56 years of continuous kart racing at Lake Garnett, pit passes are half-price.
