OTTAWA — A preliminary hearing for a 18-year-old Ottawa man accused of a robbery in the China Palace restaurant parking lot earlier this month will be Friday. Terry Gibson, Jr., has been charged with aggravated robbery in connection with the July 11 robbery. His bond has been set at $75,000. Three teenagers have also been charged in connection with the robbery.
