OTTAWA — A 78-year-old Ottawa woman contacted the Franklin County Sheriff’s Department Tuesday afternoon and reported her granddaughter had opened a loan under her name and electronically signed her name to the loan. The woman reported that it happened in 2007 but came up now because her granddaughter was not repaying the loan.
