OTTAWA – The Franklin County Commission will hold a public hearing on its budget for tonight at 6:30 at the county annex. County administrator Lisa Johnson will give an overview of the proposed budget, which calls for a slight property tax increase. Commissioners are expected to vote on the proposed budget tonight.
