OTTAWA — A 25-year-old man who fell out of or jumped out of a moving vehicle in the 600 block of South Hickory Street yesterday morning was taken to Ransom Memorial Hospital for what Ottawa Police describe as non- life threatening injuries. Police said Jessica Brockus, 29, Ottawa; was driving her vehicle along South Hickory when the man, who wasn’t identified, left the vehicle. The man was injured when he hit the street. Police haven’t interviewed the man because of the extent of his injuries, Capt. Adam Weingartner said. Until the man he is interviewed, Weingartner said he won’t comment about how the man left the vehicle.
