OTTAWA — Ottawa police received two reports of thefts from Ottawa yards Tuesday. A 41-year-old Ottawa man reported a lawnmower was stolen from his yard in the 200 block of East 11th Street. A 31-year-old Ottawa man reported someone cut a padlock and stole his motor scooter from the 200 block of South Poplar Street.
