OTTAWA — The Ottawa father charged with endangering a child after his two-year-old son was found wandering in the street a block away from his home will be back in court for a fairly routine hearing Wednesday morning. Justin Vogeler was jailed after he left the boy and an infant son at home with someone who was living in the home but asleep. A judge recently agreed to drop a no-contact order that prevented Vogeler from seeing his children.
