OTTAWA — A 68-year-old Shawnee man reported to the Franklin County Ssheriff’s office the theft of a Kawasaki Mule and vandalism to property in the 2100 block of East 15th Sreet near Ottawa Saturday. The loss and damage were estimated at more than $9,000.
