OTTAWA — Ottawa University has kicked off its annual Franklin County Campaign. OU Provost Dennis Tyner says the campaign raises scholarship funds for Franklin County students. This year, more than 50 Franklin County students at Ottawa University will receive more than $550,000 in annual and endowed scholarships. Tyner says Ottawa University students receive more than 55% of their tuition through annual scholarships. Last year, more than 270 alumni, friends and local businesses contributed to the Franklin County Campaign and the Vision Capital Campaign.
