RANTOUL– The Ottawa University Men’s Soccer Team went to the field, but this field had fences, trees and horses. New OU Head Coach Jon Desha says the soccer team took time out of training to lend a hand at the New Horizon Ranch at Rantoul. They stained fences and trimmed branches along the riding trail. The New Horizon Ranch offers a variety of programs including hippotherapy, therapeutic riding, equine-assisted learning, equine-assisted psychotherapy, and summer day camp programs for individuals of all ages with a variety of disabilities.
